
Electrical Foreman

- Lead and supervise crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics to ensure proper installation
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries to keep projects on schedule
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices on the job
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and codes
- Track job progress, reporting updates to project managers and leadership
- 5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Stable work history
- OSHA 30 certification is a plus
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Experience with project scheduling software
