
Senior Manager, Program Management - Operations Planning & Management - Walmart Connect

- Manage and facilitate the rhythm of the business for Operations & Client Services, including leadership meetings, offsites, agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Track and report on RevOps and Program Management OKRs, as well as organizational strategy, objectives, and roadmaps.
- Prepare leadership materials and ensure directors have the information needed for QBRs, MBRs, and WBRs.
- Own organizational communications and knowledge management, including newsletters, leadership updates, Confluence, all-hands, and event planning.
- Support leadership with budget tracking, annual and ongoing headcount planning, and critical business-driven projects.
- Drive associate engagement, learning and development programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Provide administrative and operational support, including organizational charts, ad hoc requests, and coordination with leadership teams.
- Proven expertise in program/project management (planning, prioritization, execution, and follow-through).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with OKR tracking, reporting, and translating strategy into actionable plans.
- Skilled in building and optimizing business rhythms (QBRs, MBRs, WBRs, all-hands, newsletters, etc.).
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives (e.g., disaster readiness, headcount planning, budget tracking).
- Experience with organizational design, headcount planning, and operational forecasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex updates into clear, executive-ready materials.
- Strong facilitation and presentation-building skills (slide decks, agendas, leadership prep).
- Experience managing internal communications, knowledge bases (Confluence, intranet), and organizational storytelling.
- Adept at working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate leadership needs, and proactively fill gaps.
- Data-driven decision-making and scenario planning (e.g., disaster readiness, budget forecasting).
- Expertise in collaboration and documentation tools (Confluence, SharePoint, or similar).
- Proficiency in program management software (Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent).
- Experience driving associate engagement, team-building, and learning & development programs.
- Ability to foster belonging and strengthen organizational culture.
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
