Serving the Oak Lawn RegionPay & Training:$19.00/hour for client sessions and office work once RBT certified$17.00/hour during in-person shadow sessions, pre-certification$15.00/hour for RBT training modules & virtual onboarding$150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months of employment!At Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA), we're looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Therapists. You'll provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in home, clinic, and school settings.
