  • 4–6 weeks of on-road mentorship with a trainer; paid training during the mentorship period.
  • Equipment and freight
  • Late-model Cascadia tractors, fully equipped, automatic transmission.
  • Dry van trailers; freight assignments are 100% no-touch
  • Primary responsibilities
  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Transport dry van freight on assigned dedicated routes, adhering to schedules and customer delivery instructions.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and at customer sites.
  • Minimum qualifications
  • Valid CDL-A license.
  • Recent completion of truck driving training (completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months or equivalent program is preferred).
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication
