- Recent CDL-A graduate to operate a dedicated dry van account with weekly home time; suitable for newer drivers completing initial training who seek steady, no-touch freight assignments.
- Compensation
- Projected annual pay: $70,000–$85,000 USD.
- Schedule and training
- Home weekly.
- 4–6 weeks of on-road mentorship with a trainer; paid training during the mentorship period.
- Equipment and freight
- Late-model Cascadia tractors, fully equipped, automatic transmission.
- Dry van trailers; freight assignments are 100% no-touch
- Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Transport dry van freight on assigned dedicated routes, adhering to schedules and customer delivery instructions.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and at customer sites.
- Minimum qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Recent completion of truck driving training (completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months or equivalent program is preferred).
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication
