- Analyze data to develop essential dashboards, reports, and tools informing customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.
- Oversee major projects informing growth and marketing strategies crucial to retention, lifetime value, and profitability.
- Identify trends and patterns in datasets to attribute key business drivers and define performance metrics.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner on marketing outcomes and campaign optimization.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a similar role. Preferred degree in economics, operations research, mathematics, statistics, engineering, psychology, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in building intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms).
- Strong SQL capabilities, with the ability to write complex and optimized queries.
- Skilled in deriving insights from open-ended business problems and tailoring them for diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience in communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
