  • Manage project financials, including monitoring budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
  • Reconcile project accounts and ensure accuracy in expense allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track project progress and financial performance.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to project accounting.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within project accounting practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of construction accounting experience
  • Experience in general accounting is a plus
  • Ability to go onsite five days a week in southern suburbs
