
Product Marketing Manager, Structural Heart (Cardiac Surgery & Tendyne TMVR) - Downstream

- Maintain US product expertise including market sizes and trend share, customer needs and targeting, product performance, benefits/weaknesses, and positioning.
- Provide on-going field support and will focus on growing the market awareness for Cardiac Surgery and Tendyne TMVR and related disease states.
- Success will be measured against sales and margin expectations, sales force competency/knowledge level and development of marketing programs which enhance field and customer experience.
- Maintain worldwide market expertise, including in-depth knowledge of US competitor products and strategies, market trends and dynamics, market/franchise critical success factors, and customer needs.
- Support the planning and execution of all national and regional conferences. Ensure strong presence in booth, at the podium, and at educational events.
- Engage with physician speakers involved in education events and ensure quick and comprehensive processing of invoices.
- Lead the creation, dissemination, and management of marketing resources and collateral. Oversee the new Sales Enablement Platform and ensure it’s being effectively utilized.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing) to align launch plans with business objectives.
- Ensure timely execution of launch milestones and post-launch performance tracking.
- Gather and synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Partner with KOLs and field teams to validate value propositions and refine commercial strategies.
- Develop and deliver impactful sales tools, training programs, and messaging frameworks to support field adoption and customer engagement.
- Act as the commercial voice in cross-functional core teams, ensuring alignment between clinical, regulatory, and commercial objectives.
- Manage creative agencies to plan, develop, and execute new US materials.
- Will have marketing and budget responsibility for designated products.
- Drive to deliver Sales, Margin, and key performance metrics for CS and Tendyne TMVR products.
- Will be expected to be responsive and able to directly address questions and requests of senior management.
- Prior marketing experience within medical device or healthcare industry.
- Bachelors’ Degree with 4+ years related marketing or product management experience or MBA with 1+ years of related experience also considered.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
- Substantial financial skills, market analysis and advanced communication skills.
- Knowledge/ability to develop and execute a new product launch.
- Strong analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working within the Structural Heart or Cardiovascular space.
- Able to understand technical and scientific information.
- Willing to understand and comply with Regulatory requirements.
- Able to influence and motivate individuals from sales, marketing, and other functional areas to drive product sales.
- Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
