Customer Service Rep - Part-Time21 hours per Week5 Star Charleston is a locally-owned HVAC company operating in the Charleston area for the past 8 years. We are expanding our business and are seeking a part-time customer service representative to join our team. This role is part time and includes answering calls and booking appointments.Position Summary: Responsible for handling customer calls (inbound and outbound calls) and booking calls. To give office support to the entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Assist with scheduling and dispatching support as directed by the Office Manager.Work Hours: Monday through Friday - 4pm - 7pm; Saturday - 8am - 2pmPay Range: $17.50 - $25.00 per hourRequired Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in the office
  • Ability to handle customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Advanced computer skills (proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with multi-line phone system
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Friendly voice and personality
  • Experience with Service Titan is a must!
