- Lead the development and execution of digital-first marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable results across social, digital, and field channels.
- Define and direct social media strategy, ensuring consistent, innovative, and engaging brand storytelling.
- Lead and mentor a team of regional marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and aligning efforts with community, sales, and corporate teams.
- Drive lead generation initiatives to acquire and convert prospects, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and customer experience across websites, social media, advertising, and community-level marketing.
- Partner with digital teams and agencies to optimize paid search, social media, website performance, and other digital marketing initiatives for maximum ROI.
- Monitor sub-market trends, competitive activity, and lead performance to inform targeting, messaging, and channel optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance against key metrics (e.g., cost-per-lead, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with Operations and Investments teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities, develop budgets, and support acquisitions through market due diligence.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring marketing strategies and resources are effectively deployed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of marketing and lead generation experience with proven results in driving sales, revenue growth, and occupancy.
- 5+ years of leadership experience with strong team management, mentoring, and the ability to partner across teams, agencies, and cross-functional leaders.
- Field Marketing and/or Multifamily, hospitality or franchised industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in performance metrics, lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer segmentation to inform data-driven strategies.
- Skilled in marketing technologies, including CRM systems, website content management, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills with sharp attention to detail.
- This an in-office role that may require weekly, monthly, and quarterly travel
