The Sales Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales team with administrative tasks, customer inquiries, and order processing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.Here's What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other necessary support
  • Coordinate order processing, including entering orders into the system, verifying accuracy, and managing delivery logistics
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely product availability
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives, including providing customers with up- to-date product information and promotional materials.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related role
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
