B.H. Inc., is looking to hire a full-time Structural Concrete Estimator to complete a full range of business activities in a professional setting while adhering to the highest ethical standards. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate takeoffs and detailed cost estimates for structural concrete projects, concrete tilt-up warehouse projects, as well as numerous other related tasks.. This position is located in our North Salt Lake Office. If so, keep reading!As a Structural Concrete Estimator, you will earn a salary of $100,000-$150,000 (Depending on Experience), which is paid weekly.   • Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field: or equivalent 3-5 years minimum of similar construction experience.
  • Experience estimating mid and high-rise buildings
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, GC's, as well as project owners.
  • Proficient in all estimating processes including, but not limited to, bid invitations, quantity takeoffs, applicable unit rates, estimating software's, understanding plans, and specifications after review..
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, and Estimate (B2W).
