  • Construct and assemble wooden forms for concrete pouring.
  • Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
  • Ensure forms are level, square, and secure before concrete is poured.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
  • Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist in the planning and layout of projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Form Carpenter or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
You should be proficient in:
  • Excavator Operation
  • Blueprint Reading
