Overview:A lovely couple in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a professional and experienced full-time nanny for their 12-month-old child. The schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 8am-6pm, with flexibility at times to work Friday. This role begins October 1, 2025, and the family is seeking a long-term nanny to stay and grow with them. Responsibilities:
  • Provide full childcare, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for the child at all times
  • Engage the child in age-appropriate activities and play to stimulate physical and mental development
  • Assist with light housekeeping with focus on the child’s room, laundry, and common areas (parents’ laundry a plus – as time permits)
  • Always maintain and promote cleanliness and proper hygiene
Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Manhattan and comfortable navigating the city
  • 8+ years of experience and looking for longevity in this role
  • Ability to communicate in French
  • Can-do-attitude
Requirements:
  • Legal to work in US
  • Strong emotional intelligence, know when to take the lead and when to step back
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Salary and Benefits:$35-$40/hr with some benefits
