This hands-on role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in industrial controls and a fast-paced production environment. U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Residency is required.Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, PLC, and pneumatic systems
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Support equipment performance improvements to meet production goals
Maintain logs, process data, and calibration records
Assist with robotic path programming and tooling setup
Operate forklifts, lifts, and basic fabrication tools as needed
Follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions
Participate in process improvement teams and train staff on new procedures
Education Requirements
Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Skills and Experience
Mechanical and electrical experience required
Experience with injection molding and robotics preferred
Knowledge of industrial controls and TPM practices a plus
Proficient in troubleshooting, documentation, and multitasking
Able to lift up to 55 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Residency required
