- Assist in designing and developing electrical circuits, systems, and components
- Contribute to software development projects, including coding, debugging, and testing
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to execute project deliverables
- Perform simulations and analyses to validate designs
- Document design processes, results, and technical specifications
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning
- Conduct research to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise
- Other related tasks as assigned
- Minimum of 3 years of experience (IDEAL IS 3RD TO 5TH YEAR) in patent preparation and prosecution
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice in the jurisdiction of intended office
- USPTO registration required
- Strong academic credentials and prior law firm, engineering, or industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
