- 4+ years of experience in digital media sales and leadership (radio experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of building new business and growing revenue in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem—OTT, streaming, programmatic, podcasting, and more.
- Masterful at coaching sales teams and delivering compelling training sessions.
- Skilled in Google Workspace and crafting powerful client presentations.
- An outstanding communicator with top-notch organizational skills and follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree preferred—but your hustle, skill, and results matter most.
- A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
