- Processing new hires, transfers, promotions and other status changes into the HRIS (Dayforce).
- Ensuring all New Hire Pre-Start requirements are met for all New Hires including I-9 verifications, paperwork, and uniforms and reviewing New Hire paperwork from the stores for accuracy.
- Assisting in the accurate distribution of information pertaining to FMLA, Workers' Compensation, Background Checks, Verification of Employment, and Disability Claims.
- Maintaining the department's third party file storage system.
- Create or modify reports in HRIS as necessary.
- Working collaboratively with other departments.
- 1 year of experience in an HR operations function or 3-4 years of experience working as a Crew Member in stores onboarding new Crew Members.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields preferred.
- Knowledge in Excel including V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Experience initiating, tracking and verifying background checks.
- The ability to work autonomously and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- The ability to handle highly confidential materials.
