Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean; replacing damaged or menus
Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Anticipate guest's needs. Be alert of guest signals and acknowledge the guest
Remove dishes and glasses from tables/bowling lanes and take to kitchen for cleaning
Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, bar and bowling areas throughout shift
Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by park management
Minimum Job Requirements:
Must be 16 years old and able to get work permit if under 18
Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast pace environment
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
Knowledge of food and beverage specifications and workplace safety procedures
Well-groomed and neat appearance
Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability mandatory for consideration of employment
