
Network Infrastructure Project Manager

- Maintain regular and timely communication with internal teams using email, Skype, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ensure adherence to departmental standards and company communication policies.
- Lead and conduct internal and external project calls, ensuring agendas and meeting minutes are documented.
- Create and present client-facing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Define project requirements, milestones, timelines, and funding guidelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments, communication plans, change management, and issue logs.
- Establish technical requirements and assist in creating technical documentation for technician selection.
- Update internal teams on project changes requiring adjustments in resource plans.
- Create internal resource plans to allocate personnel effectively across projects.
- Monitor coordination responsibilities and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct close-out meetings, including lessons learned with clients and project team members.
- Provide performance reviews and goal-setting for the project coordination team.
- Assist in hiring by participating in interviews and training of coordination staff.
- Report project issues, escalations, risks, and budget overruns to internal project and management teams.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting meet billing and audit requirements.
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure, structured cabling, and end-user device support within IT services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, data entry, and data management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high typing proficiency.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools as required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Communications, or Computer Science.
- PMP certification or Project Management coursework is a plus.
