Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching students from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of online pedagogy, instructional strategies and principles appropriate to teaching adult students as well as knowledge of ways to instruct, manage, motivate and evaluate students.Philosophical: Thorough commitment to the concept of Christian liberal arts education and a desire to work in a Christian university.
