Total Comfort Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Accounts Receivable to join our team in our Walla Walla, WA office. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high quality service in every customer interaction.Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer communications:
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and web forms to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
  • Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments and make outbound calls to fill schedule.
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
  • Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable:
  • Reconcile A/R accounts, process and mail monthly statements.
  • Take payments, collect on open jobs and follow collection process.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 - 2 years experience in customer service
  • Strong computer skills necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
