
Chemical Operator II

- Run purifications systems under specific quality and engineering controls.
- Perform decontamination of manufacturing equipment.
- Sample, fill, and inspect final products.
- Pull chemistry samples and submit them to the lab for analysis.
- Fill different sized canisters with chemistry and package as a finished good product.
- Perform inspection of complete product to ensure proper quality standards.
- Perform lab maintenance including PMs, ordering supplies, cleanup and waste disposal.
- Ensure on-time delivery of low volume products from make to ship.
- Propose and implement process improvements
- Work with Engineers to run experiments, troubleshoot systems, create/update PMs and maintain spare parts
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical field (chemical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive)
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in chemistry, process operations, or another technical field a plus
- Previous chemical handling experience
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory management; SAP experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45000.
- Frequently lift to 50lbs and push up to 130lbs.
- Flexible, able to rapidly respond to new situations and to perform multiple tasks.
