Schedule: Part-Time, 2 days per week (to start)Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our team on a part-time basis. This assignment will involve assisting customers in both English and Spanish, providing clear communication and excellent service.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person in English and SpanishAssist with product/service questions and resolve issues promptlyRecord customer interactions and maintain accurate informationProvide professional, courteous support to ensure customer satisfactionQualifications:Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)Strong communication and customer service skillsPrior customer service experience preferredAvailable to work 2 days per week (to start) for the duration of the temporary assignmentLocation: Mt.
