We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a strategic partner with human resources and our leaders to provide recruitment solutions to hire and fill open positions.How You’ll Contribute
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Utilize and maintain our HR/ATS system for applicant tracking, job postings, and applicant profiles.
  • Serve as the go-to person for ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Source candidates from various platforms, build a strong candidate network, and maintain relationships.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positions.
  • Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview materials.
  • Explore and recommend innovative solutions for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process, including salary recommendations and start dates.
  • Develop and maintain an annual campus site recruiting calendar.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts for our internship program.
  • Coordinate career fair schedules, attend events, and represent Wohlsen.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including scheduling and document preparation.
  • Create and update hiring metrics and reports.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting.
  • Experience with JazzHR highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in full life-cycle recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
