
Senior Project Lead Interface Engineer

You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications:12+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on managing technical interfaces in large-scale projects (e-house, system integration, or similar).Strong understanding of system integration, including electrical systems, automation, HVAC, and telecom equipment.Proven ability to manage technical interfaces between different teams (vendors, construction, integration) and resolve issues as they arise.Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aligning technical requirements across multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration and customer satisfaction.A high level of problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex interface issues.A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred or related field).Professional certifications related to systems integration or project management are a plus.Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.A strong focus on safety and adherence to workplace safety guidelines.Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time to various project sites and vendor locations.This position will be based in Ingleside, TX.
