- 10 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer and a Project Manager.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, or other computer-aided design software applications.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining quality.
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and orally about highly technical subject matter.
- Thorough understanding of mechanical systems and component materials.
- Ability to work extended hours and workdays in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and work demands as needed.
- Capacity to analyze a problem from multiple perspectives and explore creative solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a desire for excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid Drivers' license.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of time.
