Start your Voyage – Apply NowGet To Know The Opportunity:The Associate Customer Data Specialist leverages technical skills to resolve wide ranging issues, identify root causes and collaborate for other department.Contributions You Will Make:Perform triage, root cause analysis, and corrections to data issues found during validations, reported by customers, reported by internal teams, or exceptions reports from integrated partnersFollowing review of validation warnings, exercise judgement in making file delivery decisionCoordinate fixes or improvements to data issues across multiple internal departments and customersResolve customer and internal escalations in a timely mannerPerform prioritization of daily tasks to ensure on time file delivery and timely correctionsPerform UAT and release day validations for quarterly releasesExercise judgment in escalating issues to managementProactively notify internal teams if/when files will not meet their agreed upon deadlinesDevelop relationships with internal Benefitfocus teamsTrain new team members on processes and tools for performing Data Analyst dutiesIdentify opportunities to improve our processes or technology to achieve increased efficiency and/or qualityOccasional weekend and over-time supportMinimum Knowledge and Experience:
