
Construction Quality Manager

- Control and distribute all company quality documentation.
- Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.
- Perform daily inspections of the work being performed onsite.
- Conduct all internal and external audits on behalf of the company's management.
- Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend improvements when required.
- Review and provide comments on all quality-related correspondence with the contractor's representatives.
- Monitor statistical method reporting.
- Review all turnover documentation upon completion of the project.
- Participate in all quality-related activities with designated representatives.
- Attend monthly, weekly, and daily meetings to provide perspective on quality-related subjects when needed.
- 5 years of experience in construction quality management, with construction experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Prior utility experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to plan and perform highly complex operations with authority to make autonomous decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Experience in construction management, power plant operations, engineering, and contractor oversight.
- Knowledge of natural gas and LNG power plant operations.
