- Content Strategy & Creation:
- Lead the creation of branded content across blogs, white papers, landing pages, video scripts, email campaigns, and social media.
- Manage content ensuring SEO best practices and brand consistency
- Manage vendor relationships; edit imagery using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, etc.).
- Drive thought leadership and ensures content remains innovative, relevant, and aligned with industry trends.
- Website & Digital Campaigns:
- Create and maintain editorial calendars for websites and directories based on product launches and SEO goals.
- Ensure optimal site content, structure, and functionality; deliver quarterly performance analytics.
- Manage paid media channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display ads to meet lead generation and engagement objectives
- Execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, paid media) to drive brand awareness, drive traffic, meet KPIs, and maximize ROI.
- SEO/SEM & Analytics:
- Lead SEO and SEM strategy, including Google Ads and organic traffic optimization.
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools, report insights to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience; proven success in SEO/SEM and digital ad platforms.
- Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO certifications required (or ability to obtain).
- Proficient in analytics/reporting and scheduling tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
- Strong writing, editing, and photography skills; Adobe Creative Cloud expertise.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Creative thinker who takes initiative, stays current on social media/digital marketing trends, and also has a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
