The Project Manager will manage demolition/environmental projects from preconstruction through closeout. Work in tandem with the Superintendent to make sure the job is on time and on budget.As the Project Manager/Estimator - Demolition you will:
Support and manage demolition/environmental projects from preconstruction through closeout
Perform takeoffs, create estimates, and assist in bid proposals
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and scheduling
Work closely with senior leadership, including the SPM and leadership partner for the environmental division
Utilize Procore for project tracking, documentation, and communication

Experience in demolition, asbestos abatement, or sitework required
Open to a wide range of experience levels (junior to senior)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Procore is preferred
Must be commutable to Portsmouth, NH
