Our Spa MIT has the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.What you will doLead, direct, and motivate our wellness, tennis and spa teams to perform their duties at the highest level ensuring daily operational efficiencies. Cover areas on schedule for shortages and sick calls.Ensure smooth and proper daily operations of the Spa. Must be able to address concerns on a daily basis encompassing all aspects of the operation.Responsible for maintaining procedures and policies in all areas of Spa striving to grow professionally through developing proficiencies in every facet of the operation.Perform progressive disciplinary action for supervised employees as needed.Establish, implement, and maintain daily operational procedures for the Reception and Spa Attendants and ensure adherence to all such policies and procedures by the supervised staff in order to provide superior guest service.Resolve guest complaints and be an ambassador of the spa and resort at all times. Assume Manager of Duty responsibilities including opening and closing procedures as scheduled by the Director.Responsible for implementing and maintaining the inventories of retail and supplies ensuring optimal utilization/cost ratio and proper inventory levels at all times. Perform monthly inventory counts.Process payroll and work with finance team to ensure proper calculations of commissionsResponsible for Special Projects in the Spa including but not limited to: Special facility cleaning, delivery pick ups, operation center housekeeping.Responsible for coordinating with Engineering any facility concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization for the SpaSchedule and monitor staff attendance and performance with regard to budget, house count, population and program needs.Provide the Concierge, Front Desk and Guest Experience Manager(s) with timely updates on spa operations, and assist in creating and implementing opportunities for improving guest services and Spa operations.Effectively communicate and coordinate operational activities with key relationships in all retail outlets and the Four Seasons staff.Provide the Director with timely updates on spa operations, and assist in creating and implementing opportunities for improving guest services and Spa operations.
