  • Estimate piping projects with precision and accuracy
  • Analyze HVAC and piping systems like a pro
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Develop thorough proposals and scope of work documents
  • Use your technical knowledge to knock the competition out of the water
Essential job functions:
  • Minimum of 5 years in Construction Estimating or related field
  • Prior knowledge of Quote soft preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methods
  • Excellent communication skills
Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of construction accounting
  • Strong ability with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
