- Identify strengths and areas of improvement within the sales team, offering tailored coaching and feedback.
- Develop and conduct regular training plans and sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge, ensuring the team is equipped to excel.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging team members to share insights and innovative ideas.
- Maintain the seamless running of the store, ensuring all operations align with company standards and policies.
- Oversee inventory, ensuring products are optimally stocked and effectively displayed.
- Expected Hours: 45 to 50 per week.
