Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Sprinter Van fleet sales in the local and regional business market.
Prospect, engage, and manage relationships with small to mid-sized businesses, government agencies, and fleet operators.
Conduct on-site client visits, vehicle demos, and fleet consultations.
Build tailored vehicle upfit and financing solutions with support from in-house product specialists and finance teams.
Stay informed on inventory, vehicle specs, industry trends, upfitting options, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with internal departments (service, delivery, finance) to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, and report weekly sales progress to the Fleet Manager.
Represent Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in automotive, commercial, or fleet environments.
Knowledge of Sprinter Vans or commercial vehicles a plus.
Ability to generate leads and close deals through strong relationship-building and consultative selling.
Self-starter with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
Proven track record of success in commercial vehicle sales preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Sprinter and Metris vans or comparable commercial vehicles, including their features, specifications, and applications.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels of an organization.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and maximize earning potential.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
