Warehouse Associate

• $18 / Hour (Plus pay increase once hired directly by client!)

• Receive, unload, verify, and store incoming materials and parts
• Pick, pack, stage, and distribute supplies to production lines
• Perform light assembly of parts and components as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS or manual logs
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
• Label, organize, and store parts for efficient retrieval and production flow
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Support quality checks to ensure parts meet standards
• Follow all safety protocols and handle hazardous materials properly
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and hazard free
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to minimize downtime
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Wear PPE as required
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, assembly, or manufacturing preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to complete training
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency; WMS knowledge a plus
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
