Job Type: Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission | Regional Travel RequiredPosition Overview:Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company LLC, a leading provider of fluid power components and custom-engineered systems, is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to cover the North Texas, West Texas, and Oklahoma regions.This unique position also includes representation of R&R Manufacturing, a manufacturer of industrial equipment for such industries as oil and gas, manufacturing, food and beverage, and the maritime industry, just to name a few. This dual role allows the candidate to leverage a diverse product offering across hydraulic, pneumatic, and machinery markets.The ideal candidate will be a technically savvy, self-starting sales professional who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions in industrial environments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage sales territory in North Texas, West Texas, and Oklahoma regions, with a focus on industrial, oil & gas, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Sell fluid power components and systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration) for Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems LLC
  • Represent R&R Manufacturing's line of custom heavy-duty industrial equipment
  • Identify customer needs and engineer appropriate product or system solutions
  • Perform on-site customer visits, product demos, and technical consultations
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and solution packages
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with engineering, inside sales, and service departments
  • Attend trade shows, product training, and vendor events as needed
  • Track sales activity in CRM and maintain regular reporting to management
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in fluid power, industrial equipment, or machinery sales
  • Technical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems required
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products and system integration
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel throughout North Texas, West Texas, and Oklahoma
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IFPS certification or vocational/technical training in fluid power or mechanical systems
  • Previous experience selling to OEMs, MROs, or industrial end-users
  • Familiarity with the oil & gas, energy, or industrial service sectors
  • Mechanical aptitude or background in engineering or maintenance is a strong plus
