Outside Sales Representative – Fluid Power & Industrial Machinery

- Develop and manage sales territory in North Texas, West Texas, and Oklahoma regions, with a focus on industrial, oil & gas, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
- Sell fluid power components and systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration) for Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems LLC
- Represent R&R Manufacturing's line of custom heavy-duty industrial equipment
- Identify customer needs and engineer appropriate product or system solutions
- Perform on-site customer visits, product demos, and technical consultations
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and solution packages
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with engineering, inside sales, and service departments
- Attend trade shows, product training, and vendor events as needed
- Track sales activity in CRM and maintain regular reporting to management
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in fluid power, industrial equipment, or machinery sales
- Technical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems required
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and system integration
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel throughout North Texas, West Texas, and Oklahoma
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- IFPS certification or vocational/technical training in fluid power or mechanical systems
- Previous experience selling to OEMs, MROs, or industrial end-users
- Familiarity with the oil & gas, energy, or industrial service sectors
- Mechanical aptitude or background in engineering or maintenance is a strong plus
