As a member of the Critical Care Response Transport Team, the Registered Nurse provides patient assessment, critical nursing care, and transport services to patients. The Nurse is responsible for supervising patient care, treatment, and assessment during transport. Duties include providing excellent patient care, safe lifting and transferring of patients, operating emergency vehicles safely, adhering to company policies, completing documentation, responding to dispatch instructions, maintaining safety standards, participating in continuing education, keeping vehicles and stations clean, maintaining equipment and supplies, communicating effectively, and maintaining strict confidentiality.RequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:Active and unencumbered RN license.At least 3 years’ current experience in a critical care or emergency department setting.Certified in ACLS, PALS or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.Certified CEN and/or CCRN preferred.Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 incidents on MVR.Patient transport experience preferred.BSN preferred.EMT-B bridge course will be offered upon hire.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.Ability to bend and stoop, ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, possess hand-eye-foot coordination and color recognition, good manual dexterity, with the ability to perform all tasks related to Emergency Medical Services Duty.BenefitsWhat you can expect from us:We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance to ensure the well-being and health of our employees.Our commitment to your financial future is reflected in our generous 401k program.
