
Vibration Analyst

- Vibration route data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Vibration monitoring system maintenance and management
- Trouble calls, quality assurance checks after equipment maintenance actions, and follow-up checks on vibration monitoring system alarms.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 2 or 4 year Technical Degree preferred
- Good communication skills
- Aptitude for and commitment to ongoing professional and technical skill growth
- Ability to both work independently in assigned areas of responsibility and as a team member supporting the PdM department and other areas of the mill
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing safety procedures (lockout/tagout, confined spaces, personal protective equipment, etc.)
- Able to work in a physically demanding environment including temperature extremes, loud noise, avoiding slipping, tripping, and falling hazards
- Able to wear and comply with all personal protective equipment (Eye and ear protection, steel-toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to work extended hours including nights, weekends, & Holidays. Able to work overtime as needed
- Provide maintenance supervisor call duty several times per year
- Vibration Analysis experience, training, and certification CAT I or CAT II preferred
- Experience with AMS Machinery Manager Software preferred
- Experience with field balancing rotating equipment preferred
- Experience in working with computerized maintenance system (JD Edwards) preferred
- Experience with troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred
