- Applies process development and engineering to create strategic, client- and employee-focused solutions.
- Leads projects focused on core business processes to deliver results aligned with strategic objectives.
- Evaluates and implements technologies and processes that drive efficiency and consistency.
- Creates and maintains documentation for evaluating existing processes and designing recommendations.
- Uses tools such as process mapping or mining to assess process capability and communicate findings.
- Leverages technical documentation and project artifacts to improve monitoring, resiliency, and availability.
- Collaborates across teams to foster openness and inclusiveness in delivering results.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Operational Excellence is a plus.
- 7+ years Business Systems Analyst and/or Process Engineer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization, and lead in a positive and collaborative manner
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures
- High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems
- Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build influential relationships across levels.
- Presentation & Facilitation: Strong skills in presenting and facilitating meetings.
- Process Simulation: Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
- Process Engineering Tools: High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop strategic solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in facilitating cross-functional meetings and resolving issues,
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Process Management: Experience in process mining, design, and data analysis.
- Agile/Lean Six Sigma: Familiarity with Agile or Lean Six Sigma frameworks and delivery.
- IT Collaboration: Experience working in Information Technology environments.
- General Office: Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in-person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
- Occasional travel to include overnight stay.
