Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate, manage, and oversee all IT contracts and software licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including software license agreements.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of all IT contracts and licenses.
  • Manage contract and license renewals in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with ITS departments to ensure contracts and licenses meet organizational needs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Stay updated with IT contract and licensing laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure contracts are legally sound and financially beneficial.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes related to contracts and licenses.
  • Provide regular reports to the Senior Director.
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members on contract negotiations and management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Law, or related field plus 5-7 years of related experience (or 10+ years equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in IT contract and license management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts.
  • Excellent understanding of IT contract and licensing laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and relevant IT tools.
