• Promote a professional dealership image with a positive attitude and organized workspace.
• Perform thorough road tests to confirm repair quality.
• Recommend additional work to the Service Advisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete services and repairs to meet quality standards and pass inspections/test drives.
• Ensure all parts requests are accurate (model year, VIN, etc.).
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

• Communicate delays promptly to the Service Manager and Advisors.
• Keep customers' vehicles clean during service.
• Follow all procedures for submitting warranty claims and documentation.

• Foster strong relationships with fellow team members and advisors.
• Actively listen and take action based on team needs.
• Provide clear, legible service records for customers and the dealership.
• Assist Service Advisors with customer explanations of completed repairs.
• Step in to help other technicians as needed.

• At least 6 months of automotive repair experience (dealership experience is a plus!)
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A great attitude and a passion for automotive repair!
