- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Identify potential customers and qualify them based on their needs and budget
- Create strong rapport with prospects by confidently articulating our value proposition and how it is differentiated from other technology on the market.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly BDR quotas
- Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and understand our target personas through training and self-study
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- 2+ years in sales or business development (preferably in the SaaS industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Energetic, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
