Therefore, we will work tirelessly to ensure you have the supplies, the support and the education/skills necessary in order to ensure you are successful and able to put the focus where it needs to be, on our wonderful residents.We currently have an opening for a full-time Social Services Director.Responsibilities:
  • The Social Services Director is responsible for providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of the residents/patients.
  • Develops a rapport with the residents/patients and presents their concerns to center management.
  • Charts as assigned
  • Assists with Resident Council
  • Spearheads all discharge planning for residents
  • Follows all center's policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are needed.
  • Previous social services or relevant experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background screening with no disqualifying events.
