- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure optimal utilization and allocation of resources.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide leadership and guidance to project team members, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing Oracle projects, including Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and customizations.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle applications, databases, and technologies, with hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications, or Oracle Cloud.
- Strong project management skills, with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects in a client-facing role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Oracle Primavera.
- Ability to travel to client sites and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
