We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex technology projects and drive agile delivery with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure engineering teams stay on track. Exposure to Salesforce or full stack development projects is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional engineering teamsRun agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviewsTrack progress against timelines, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery of milestonesAct as a servant leader to remove blockers and support team efficiencyMaintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership on status, risks, and roadblocksFoster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practicesEnsure alignment between business goals and technical executionRequired Skills:Proven experience managing complex software projects with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to motivate and guide engineering teams toward timely deliveryProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)Nice to Have:Knowledge or hands-on experience with Salesforce or full stack technologiesScrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent)Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, or cloud-based project environments
