• Assist in providing academic consultation to students and parents under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support in preparing personalized curriculum suggestions based on students’ interests and goals.
• Help set and document learning objectives in collaboration with academic advisors.

• Help track student academic performance through data collection and basic analysis.
• Support implementation of follow-up strategies to address learning challenges.
• Assist in coordinating with teachers and staff to enhance the student learning experience.

• Support the student renewal process by preparing forms and scheduling meetings.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for extracurricular or enrichment programs for students.
• Help maintain positive relationships with students and families to support retention and referrals.

• Draft communication templates and assist in preparing student progress updates.
• Help compile basic reports on student performance for review by senior staff.

• Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Stay informed about trends in education, student support, and career pathways.
