- Maintain and repair irrigation systems.
- Clean and maintain pathways, parking lots, and outdoor fixtures.
- Remove debris, leaves, and litter from the grounds.
- Perform minor repairs to fences, benches, and other outdoor structures.
- Equipment Handling:
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tractors.
- Inspect and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any hazards, damages, or necessary repairs promptly.
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and pride in creating well-maintained spaces.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance.
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Frequent use of landscaping tools and equipment.
