About This Opportunity:
As a Client Onboarding Manager (aka Sr. Implementation Manager) on the Client Delivery team, you’ll take the lead on onboarding new clients and rolling out new products and programs for existing clients. You’ll guide each implementation from start to finish—managing schedules, driving collaboration across teams, anticipating and resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth transition to Client Success. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll work across multiple departments including Sales, Client Success, Operations, Information Services, and Product. You’ll also help shape the future of our implementation practices, creating scalable improvements that benefit both clients and internal teams.Things You’ll Do Here:
- Own and manage the full implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
- Lead the launch of new Valenz products and services with existing clients, coordinating across internal departments for successful integration.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support ongoing client configuration requests in partnership with the Client Success team to ensure long-term satisfaction and optimal platform use.
- Identify and implement process improvements that make current and future implementations more scalable, efficient, and client-friendly.
- Communicate status updates, next steps, and potential risks clearly and proactively across all levels of the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation using internal tools like Salesforce, Wrike, and Trello.
- 2+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, or a project-driven, customer-facing role.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong ownership of outcomes and the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proven ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A mindset of curiosity, critical thinking, and a solution-oriented approach to solving problems.
- Experience in the healthcare or health tech space
- Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
