You have at least one to two years of supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.Specific Responsibilities:
Manage personnel including training, coaching new employees and current employees on the Molly Maid system of cleaning, and day-to-day performance management
Ensure successful operations: prepare and review reporting, ensure homes are cleaned as scheduled
Improve upon current processes to ensure quality, profitability, and future growth
Detailed oriented and cares about the job being done right
Ability to learn our professional housecleaning system and Have Fun In The Process!!
Company car provided while you work as well as Paid training, uniforms, and all the cleaning supplies and equipment.Job Requirements:
At least 1-2 years supervisory experience / at least 1 year in the professional home cleaning industry
Valid Driver's License
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
