Sales Operations Associate

- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and coordination of resources.
- Keeping sales data and records accurate and up to date in our CRM and other systems.
- Creating and maintaining simple reports and dashboards to track performance and highlight trends.
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and sales materials for internal and external meetings.
- Jumping in on ad hoc projects that improve sales team efficiency and help streamline workflows.
- Partnering with teammates across the organization to keep information flowing and processes aligned.
- Are a recent graduate or bring up to two years of experience from internships, part-time jobs, or full-time work in business, tech, insurance, or other high-demand industries.
- Have demonstrated leadership skills through college athletics, student organizations, or campus leadership roles.
- Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Are comfortable working with numbers and systems; Excel/Google Sheets experience is required, and CRM familiarity (such as Salesforce) is a plus.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
- Are willing to work a Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week in our Madison, WI office
- Are adaptable, resourceful, and proactive—ready to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
- Base salary commensurate with experience.
